The Mediterrani Royal is our flagship outdoor pizza oven. A traditional hand thrown clay oven with stylish brick arch, it is completely assembled and ready to fire up. Using hardwood logs to create a fire and temperatures of 400 degrees to cook pizza or bread is an amazing way to cook for your family or guests.

Manufactured using modern materials, the oven is layered with insulation and refractory mortar. The result is a well insulated outdoor pizza oven with great thermal properties, capable of achieving high temperatures. A lovely brick arch is formed for the door and two cast iron hinged doors are fitted to the front, with a temperature gauge so you can see the internal oven temperature.

An adjustable choke on the chimney allows you to control heat output. Externally the oven measures 100cm square, internally there is still a huge 80cm in cooking space. Incredibly easy to use and very efficient, the Mediterrani Royal has a fast heat up time. You can have hours of fun with this oven, cooking pizzas in 45 seconds from start to finish. Great for bread too. You can also cook a multitude of other foods ? casseroles, slow baked roasts, Tandoori or tikka chicken, or how about apple crumble, slowly cooked, for dessert.

The oven is 500kg in weight so you will need to consider how you will move the oven to your desired location once it is delivered. It is too heavy for a group of people to lift so hiring an engine hoist is a popular method of lifting and moving your oven onto a base.

Delivered protected in a covered pallet crate, usually within 3 days, subject to us being able to contact you to discuss arrangements and ensure you will be available to receive your goods.

This product benefits from an express shipment service and is delivered directly from the manufacturer. Timescales may increase during peak trading periods. For larger or heavier products deliveries will be booked in with you ahead of an order being dispatched. Customer needs to be present to sign for the goods. Please note, if you order products that are not supplier from Callow they may arrive on a different day due to the products be sent from a different warehouse and courier.

Our largest items, such as outdoor furniture sets, may need to be delivered to you using a Pallet Delivery Service. Pallet deliveries take 3-5 working days and the carrier will notify you prior to delivery. This is a kerbside delivery only. Pallets can be delivered up driveways with a steep incline or a gravel footing. Please note that someone will need to be present for the delivery as 'safe place delivery' is not permitted.
