Delivery

Important Delivery Information

Please note that there may be a delay in arrival of your order, at this very difficult time we are experiencing extremely high levels of demand and we are doing all we can to dispatch your items as quickly as possible whilst we ensure we follow government guidance to keep our team safe and follow social distancing.

Times shown on your order confirmation are estimates only and not guaranteed. We thank you for your understanding at this very difficult time.

Order Processing Timescales

Due to exceptional order demand it is taking us longer than usual to despatch orders. At present our processing timescale is between 4 to 8 working days. This is the amount of time we expect it to take to pick and despatch your order and make it ready for the courier to collect. Processing timescales are in addition to the time it takes for the courier to deliver your order. 

Delivery Locations

We deliver to the entirety of the United Kingdom for most of our products offering a variety of shipping options. Some products are not available for delivery to certain areas, if a product has a delivery location restriction this is usually displayed on the product information page.

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are estimated on the basket page until you confirm the delivery location during the checkout process. The delivery charge is dependent upon the delivery service selected, the number of parcels that are required to ship your order, the weight of the products in your order and the delivery location.

Delivery Services

We offer a variety of shipping options from next day to economy delivery services. Please note that not all delivery services are available to all areas. Occasionally we need to alter the delivery timescales published.

The delivery timescale displayed on the basket page is provided as an delivery date estimate only. At this time we are unable to guarantee delivery dates at present due to delivery partners (DPD, DX, Parcel Force & Royal Mail) all reporting delays within their networks due exceptionally high order volumes caused by the government lockdown restrictions.

Deliveries On Pallets

Before placing an order using a Pallet delivery we advise you read the delivery guidence below:

  • We can only deliver to a kirbside location, drivers are not permitted to enter your premises.
  • We can only deliver to ground level locations with a solid surface that can facilitate a pump truck.
  • We are unable to deliver pallets on steep inclines or gravel drives.

Order Tracking

For most of the products we deliver directly, we will send an order tracking link once your order has been despatched. If the delivery option when you ordered was "Direct From The Supplier" at this time unfortunately we are unable to offer order tracking.

Missed Delivery & Lost Parcels

Before contacting our customer service team we advise you re-check your order tracking link within the despatch confirmation email for the latest update. If you have received missed delivery card please contact the local delivery depot using the information provided or using the links below.

Royal Mail Parcels

Parcels being delivered by Royal Mail are usually held at the sorting office for 18 days before being returning to us. You can can either collect from your local sorting office here or arrange redelivery free of charge on the Royal Mail site here

DPD Parcels

Parcels being delivered by DPD are usually held at the depot for 5 days before being returned to us. You can either collect from the local depot or rearrange delivery for free of charge here

DX Parcels

Parcels being delivered by DX are usually held at the depot for 5 days (find your local depot here) before being returned to us. You can usually collect from most DX local depots or rearrange delivery for free of charge here.

Parcel Force Parcels

Parcels being delivered by Parcel Force are usually held at the depot for 20 days before being returned to us. You can rearrange delivery for a charge paid to Parcel Force or collect at post office or local depot here

Delivery Address Amendments

Unfortunately we are unable to offer delivery address or product amendments once you have placed your order.

Delivery Exclusions

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or to shipping agents for onward shipping outside of the United Kingdom.

Adverse Weather Conditions

During adverse weather conditions your order may arrive later than originally planned, we cannot control this but we will do all that we can to ensure your parcel is delivered as soon as possible.
