On the other hand, an arbour is a small piece of covered seating. Its function is as a piece of furniture and a garden structure.

Not to be confused with a pergola or an archway, an arbour typically has seating and three sides, sometimes making use of trellis. They’re usually small, two-seater sheltered benches in varying styles.

How to decorate a garden arbour
