This product benefits from an express shipment service and is delivered directly from the manufacturer. Timescales may increase during peak trading periods. For larger or heavier products deliveries will be booked in with you ahead of an order being dispatched. Customer needs to be present to sign for the goods. Please note, if you order products that are not supplier from Callow they may arrive on a different day due to the products be sent from a different warehouse and courier.

Our largest items, such as outdoor furniture sets, may need to be delivered to you using a Pallet Delivery Service. Pallet deliveries take 3-5 working days and the carrier will notify you prior to delivery. This is a kerbside delivery only. Pallets can be delivered up driveways with a steep incline or a gravel footing. Please note that someone will need to be present for the delivery as 'safe place delivery' is not permitted.
