Also known as Tree Ivy, Fatshedera ‘Pia Gray’ is an other-worldly plant that does not occur in nature at all. Created in France in 1912 by crossing Fatsia with Ivy, this elegant vine-like wonder has large, wavy leathery leaves that are deeply cut. Each has five or sometimes seven lobes and can reach 20cm (8in) across. If support is provided the plant can be trained upwards; otherwise the ivy parentage will show through and it will begin to creep. Fully deserving its coveted RHS Award of Garden Merit, you can be sure that this is a proven garden performer that you can grow with confidence. As well as being beautiful to look at, leafy exotic houseplants are great for clearing the air and filtering out harmful pollutants in our homes, as well as improving our physical health and wellbeing. Supplied as a potted plant in a 17cm pot, growing to a height of 1.2m (4ft). Please note that the decorative pot is not included.

Care Guide
Position in a warm room away from cold draughts and radiators. The ideal temperature is between 15C (59F) and 25C (77F). Fatshedera prefer a bright spot away from the direct sunlight, avoiding areas in deep shade. Water only when the plant is dry, preferably with tepid rainwater and allow the pot to drain well between waterings. Feed regularly between March and September, or when you see active growth.
