This Apex Playhouse provides a great safe space for little ones to explore and play. Mercia playhouses have been independently tested to meet and exceed EN71 standards and are CE marked. Single storey playhouses have one level and offer a spacious and safe environment for your children to let their imaginations run wild! This building features smooth edges and a 12mm gap around the door to ensure little fingers don't get trapped. Suitable for ages 36 months+.

Apex roof shapes are ideal for those looking for a traditional cottage style playhouse for their children. The highest point of the roof is central, where the two wooden sections meet providing an elegant and classic look to the building. This product uses shiplap cladding with thick, 12mm tongue and groove boards that lock together and are then nailed to vertical internal framing. This tight seal cladding features a protective lip to help support your building during adverse weather. This building is manufactured using dip treated timber. Dip treatment is the process in which a water based colourant is applied to the building for protection whilst in storage and transit. This is to help ensure the longevity of your garden building.

This playhouse features styrene glazed windows, ideal for busy gardens. Styrene is a chemical compound resin that offers a safe and shatterproof alternative to traditional glass glazing. Having windows allows the building to be flooded with natural light during the day. At least 2 people are required for assembly.
