AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion

1.This prize giveaway is open to residents of the UK, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man; open to all over the age of 16. If you are under the age of 16, you must obtain consent from your parent/guardian to enter into the promotion. By entering into the promotion you confirm that you have been given this consent unless otherwise specified (some competitions may be aged 18 years and older only ). Employees of QD Commercial Group Ltd including all staff employed by the company and their immediate families, agencies or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion are excluded and are not permitted to enter.

2. This is a non-premium prize giveaway and is free to enter. No purchase necessary.

3. The prize giveaway will run for the specified time.

4. To enter the prize giveaway entrants must 'Like' QD Stores on Facebook and complete other conditions of entry specified on the post.

5. Only one entry per person is permitted, any additional entries will not be counted.

6. During the prize giveaway, a winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email to the e-mail address provided/ messaged directly on Facebook, tweeted/Direct messaged on Twitter/Instagram. Please allow up to 5 days for prize to be posted to address provided when prize is claimed. In the event that a selected winner does not initially respond to the contact made by us, we shall make one further attempt to contact that winner. If the winner does not respond to the second contact made by us within 30 days of such contact, that winner's claim to the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected. Failure to claim the prize in accordance with these terms and conditions will lead to the winner forfeiting his/her claim to the prize. Prize may not be transferred or assigned. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. The promoter shall not be liable for any delay in, or failure to send a prize, if such delay or failure arises from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation any act of God, Governmental act (including any act of any foreign government, the European Community or other international body), war, adverse weather conditions, fire, flood, tempest, explosion, civil commotion, riot, insurrection or act of terrorism, failure of a third party or industrial action.

7. There is no cash alternative for the prizes.

8. It is the responsibility of the winner to liaise with us to redeem the Prize.

9. The promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this prize giveaway in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its control.

10. Our decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. By entering this prize giveaway, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and these terms and conditions and consent to the use by the promoter and Service Provider of the information contained in the entry for the purposes of administering this prize giveaway. Your information will not be provided to any other party without your consent.

12. By providing us with your email address, you are happy for The promoter to send you promotions or newsletters. Your email address will never be given to a third party.

13. It is a condition of entry that winners agree to take part in any publicity that may arise as a result of this promotion such as being notified on the competition post. Confirmed winners' names may be announced in a Facebook post, or otherwise published by the Promoter. The Promoter will further use the personal data received from this promotion for purposes associated with this promotion as well as in connection with its other promotions or special offers. By submitting their details, the entrants agree to the Promoter publicising the competition and their names as well as using their personal data for the above purposes. The Promoter will not share your personal data with any 3rd party.

14. The promoter reserves all rights relating to our company Twitter/Facebook/Instagram accounts, including but not limited to: (i) adding, removing, or modifying any content posted on the account, (ii) blocking other Twitter/Facebook users; and (iii) discontinuing the account at any time.

15. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook. By entering the promotion, all participants agree to give Facebook a complete release from any and all legal liability in connection with the promotion. All entries will be subject to Facebook's terms of use which can be found at www.facebook.com

16. The promoter is unable to advise all entrants if they have not been successful.

17. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms and conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice.
