We operate a fully automotive order, process and dispatch system that ensures orders received before 3 pm GMT are dispatched the same day, so you spend less time shopping and more time fishing.

All purchases must be paid in full before delivery. QD Stores will continue to own any goods sold from its web site until payment has been received and cleared in full. Payments are accepted on most credit or debit cards via our secure server. All prices quoted for products are priced in pounds sterling including all taxes at current rates. Price excludes delivery to any address but is clearly shown before you checkout.

An invoice giving a description of the goods purchased and the price paid including VAT will be supplied.

Right of Cancellation

The customer has an unconditional right to cancel an order. You must exercise the right to cancel an order by informing QD Stores in writing, via e-mail (receipt needed).

Within the following time limits ("Cancellation Period").

Goods - from the date the order is accepted by QD Stores until seven days after the Goods are delivered. Customers exercising their right to cancel an order must ensure that reasonable care is taken of the goods and that they are returned to QD Stores in an unused and as new condition complete in its original packaging and with all instructions and accessories. The return must include any premium offers or free gifts offered with the product. QD Stores will refund the purchase price of the goods or services within 30 days of receiving and checking that the goods are as new and complete, less the cost of delivery to QD Stores where necessary.

Pricing

Retail selling prices include value added tax where applicable, at the U.K. standard rate. This is not a TAX invoice. We are constantly 'price checking' all major competitors to keep the prices low, to give you the customer great service and value.
