QD Big 30 Free Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

• 1. The prize draw (the "Prize Draw") is open to people aged 16 and over who provide their email address and other details requested on the entry form. Entries not submitted on an official entry form or in accordance with the rules, or those that are deemed illegible, incomplete or altered will be disqualified. Photocopies of forms will also be disqualified.
• 2. Employees or agencies of QD Commercial Group Holdings Ltd ("QD", "We") or its group companies may not enter the Prize Draw.
• 3. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• 4. By submitting your personal information you agree to receive emails from QD containing offers and developments that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send.
• 5. To enter the Prize Draw you must complete the entry form that is available in-store and complete all of the requested details.  No purchase is necessary. If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Prize Draw, please e-mail us at enquiries@qdstores.co.uk with "QD Big 30 Free Prize Draw" in the subject line.
• 6. Only one entry allowed per person per day in each store. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. Completed entry forms must be placed in the Free Prize draw entry box in-store. Multiple entries received on the same day will be discounted.
• 7. QD accepts no responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry into the Free prize Draw Box in-store is not proof of receipt by QD.
• 8. The closing date of the Prize Draw is 17.00hrs on 30th September 2015.  Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
• 9. Winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.  The draw will be performed by a random process in the presence of an independent observer.  The draw will take place on or before 5th October 2015.
• 10. The first randomly drawn winner will receive a Mini Cooper 3-door Hatch 1.5 in Pepper White with Cloth Firework Carbon Black/Carbon Black interior – black mirror caps and roof and black bonnet stripes, there will be no opportunity to vary the options/colour or equipment. Insurance is not included; insurance is the sole responsibility of the winner and evidence must be provided that this is in place before the prize is handed over.  The prize will be taxed for 12 months (road tax) prior to the delivery date.  Maintenance and running costs of the vehicle are the responsibility of the winner from the date of their ownership.  The vehicle will be initially registered in the name of QD Stores and ownership and registration of the vehicle will be transferred to the winner on delivery.  Title passes at the point the vehicle is delivered to the winner. The next randomly drawn winner will receive the prize of a sports car to drive for the weekend (subject to terms and conditions in 10.1 below). The next 300 randomly drawn winners will receive a £30 QD Stores gift voucher each.
• 10.1. The vehicle will be made available and delivered from a Thursday after 3pm to the following Monday where it must be available to collect at 3pm. Maximum mileage allowance 2,000 miles. The car must be returned with the same amount of fuel as it was originally delivered to the prize winner with. Drivers must be aged 24 or over. All drivers must possess a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points. Disqualified drivers are excluded. The winner will be required to present the photocard part of their licence to verify their compliance with these terms. Model won dependent upon stock availability. There is no surrender value of the prize or equivalent of prize offered. No overseas travel is permitted. The vehicle will be fully insured by QD and it’s agents. Whilst every effort will be made to make the prize available to the Winner on mutually convenient dates, QD reserve the right to make the vehicle available to the winner on any weekend dates within 90 days of the Winner being notified.
• 11. QD accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with any prize and not specifically included in any prize as detailed in in items 10 and 10.1 above.
• 12. The winner will be notified by email or contacted by mobile telephone on or before 6th October 2015 and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to QD within 21 days of being notified by QD, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and QD shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 21 days or else they will also forfeit their prize).  If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and QD shall be entitled to select another winner.
• 13. The winner of the first prize Mini Cooper will have the prize delivered to their home address by QD. The winner of the second prize ‘Drive a Sports Car for a Weekend’ will have the car delivered and collected from their home address by QD or it’s agents. The 300 £30 QD gift voucher prizes will be sent to the winners by QD by email in the first instance or by post or may be collected from a QD store.
• 14. The Surname and county of the winners can be obtained after 30th November 2015 by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: QD Stores, Big 30 Prize Draw Winners, Westbridge House, Holland Street, Hyson Green, Nottingham NG7 5DS. 
• 15. All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
• 16. QD retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
• 17. All winners shall be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Prize Draw and the winners shall participate in such activity on QD's reasonable request.  The winners consent to the use by QD and its related companies, both before and after the closing date of the Prize Draw for a reasonable amount of time, of the winners’ voices, images, photographs and names for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by QD and its related companies) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Prize Draw, all entrants consent to the same.
• 18. QD shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be viewed on the QD website at http://www.qdstores.co.uk/static/privacy-policy.html, and in accordance with data protection legislation.  By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry, and for the purposes outlined in paragraph 14 above.
• 19. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud, and so far as is permitted by law, QD accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize.
• 20. QD reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of QD in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
• 21. QD shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
• 22. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

• Voucher can only be used once. No change will be given.
